The latest edition of Australian Yoga Life features an article I wrote recently about the 'nadis', which are fascinating energy channels within our body similar in concept to the Chinese acupuncture meridians.
When we can open and balance the estimated 72,000 nadi channels within our body, we can significantly improve our health and importantly enhance the energy in our bodies by connecting all of the pathways into one harmonious whole.
