Please join me for a free online yoga challenge each morning for 5 consecutive days this September! Over these 5 days we will work with a different theme each day to shift stagnant energy, realign with our inner strength and quieten our wandering mind. Perfect for any level of experience including new-to-yoga or advanced, this challenge is for all of us and will meet you where you are at each day.
Using gentle movements, balance, strength, twists and breathing exercises, let's practice together to reclaim control over our bodies and minds and create a daily ritual to honour our higher selves whilst combating stress, anxiety and overwhelm!

Once you have signed up you will receive a welcome email outlining how the challenge will work and a little more detail on what to expect each day of the program.
Each daily session will run for approximately 20-25 minutes and will be emailed to you each morning of the challenge for you to work it into your morning or day as it fits in for you. I'll be checking in with you daily and available for questions, comments and feedback throughout our time together.

DAY TWO - focused on balances and breathing exercises
DAY THREE - the importance of life force energy and how to tap into it during yoga practice
DAY FOUR - twisting and turning for improved digestion and gut health, as well as a bit of fun!
DAY FIVE - yin and yawn - yoga for relaxation, floor based movement and a better night's sleep

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Tehla Jane Bower is a yoga teacher and writer from the east coast of Australia. She has been practising yoga for 23 years and teaching as a Level 2 Yoga Synergy teacher since 2016. Her teacher training was completed directly with internationally renown and respected yoga expert Simon Borg-Olivier, and she has also been fortunate to be exposed to the unique teachings of Siddharthan John Weddepohl on the importance of self-knowledge to the practice of yoga. Tehla is the owner of Kahvah Yoga named after her two little girls and has recently started an online yoga channel 'Yoga with Tehla-Jane' via You Tube. She has written about yoga and spirituality for Australian Yoga Life magazine, elephant journal and sivana spirit. Tehla loves connecting with nature, reading, spending time with her family, going for bushwalks and meditating at the beach.
